Plan Update: Added coverage.

As of May 1, 2010 the plan has added coverage for wigs for hair loss as a result of illness or injury or as a result of a medical treatment for any disease. Physician's note is required for coverage and the amount covered will be based on what is considered regular and customary. Current coverage is at $700 every 3 years. This is subject to change.

THE 2008 PLAN SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS ARE IN!

We have good news to report.  Once again our members are very satisfied with the level of coverage PSBT Benefits Plan is providing. The survey results show a satisfaction rate of 86.4%.

We are also happy to report a significant increase in the utilization of the Member Assistance Program (MAP). Most of the growth in usage has been concentrated on the phone-based assistance, but it appears members aren’t taking full advantage of the online services the MAP has to offer. Please take a few moments to browse through their website, by first logging in to your member account. The MAP website has much information and resources to help members in need.

2007 PLAN SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS

Results from the Annual Member Satisfaction Survey are in!   We are delighted to report a very high satisfaction rate from you, the members.  The Trustees have acknowledged your concerns and suggestions for improvement and as a result, are pleased to enhance the current plan to reflect those needs. The following chart is an addition to your yellow March 2006 Benefit Booklet , so please keep this leaflet with your booklet for future reference.
