A 2-Part Program on Workplace Mental Health from the Learning Centre

What does workplace mental health have to do with you? Absolutely everything. With one in five people experiencing mental illness at some point in their lives, it means they are our family members, our co-workers, our friends, and yes—even ourselves.

The PSBT has worked with our e-learning course development partner and mental health professionals in creating a 10-course Certificate Program: Workplace Mental Health Part 1 and 2. Each course is under one hour in length and gives you tools for yourself and to support others*. We encourage you to share this information with your spouse, partner, children and other family members. Together we can end the stigma surrounding mental health and ensure that everyone feels safe to participate in our workplaces.

Courses included in this program:

  • Introduction to Mental Health
  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Mood Disorders
  • Substance Use and Addiction
  • Working Away From Home
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Autism in the Workplace
  • Sleep, Health and Relationships
  • Understanding Learning Disabilities
  • Return to Work

*Please note that the information provided in these courses is for awareness purposes only - you should not be using this knowledge as a means to diagnose yourself or anyone else with a mental illness.*
