Our Member and Family Assistance Program (MFAP) is designed to provide Plan Members with resources to help with personal, professional and family related challenges.
The Program offers immediate 24/7 access to counselling services through Homewood Health, Mental Health awareness e-Learning Courses through AllianceLearning, and access to extreme hardship assistance through the Ashton Tuck Memorial Special Assistance Fund.

Member Assistance Services
The Homewood Health Family Assistance Plan offers members and their families' immediate access to a wide range of confidential counseling services available 24/7 over the telephone or 1 on 1.
Special Assistance Fund
Members of the Power Sector Benefit Trust who find themselves in a position of extreme hardship may request assistance from the Ashton Tuck Memorial Special Assistance Fund.
